Strict compliance with the following is required:
For the Nepali Citizen
1. An unmarried certificate issued by his/her Village Development Committee or from the Municipality Office where the Nepali Citizen comes from;
2. This unmarried certificate should be authenticated at the Department of Consular
Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Kathmandu and is valid for 6months from the date of issuance.
3. A Notarized Copy of the applicant’s citizenship certificate (National ID). Kindly provide a notarized English translation;
4. Colored Copy of Valid Nepal Passport.
For the Philippine Citizen
1. Colored Copy of his/her Valid Philippine Passport; and
2. Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) of the Filipino (Male/Female) fromthePhilippine Statistics Authority/National Statistics Office (NSO) and is valid for
6 months from the date of issuance.
